NB. Remote for Bye Bye Standby® will work with iOS 9.x but there will be no further updates to the app. The only known issue is the blank "Whats new" alert when the app first loads, but otherwise it should function correctly.

"Remote for Bye Bye Standby®" is a home automation application which allows you to control devices within your home that are connected to Bye Bye Standby® sockets, via a Bye Bye Standby® Online Controller (version 2). If you do not have an Online Controller unit please see www.northwestcode.com/iphone/ and view the "Remote for Bye Bye Standby®" pages for more information before purchasing.

This application allows you to send commands to the online controller when youre connected to the same network via Wi-Fi, or even when youre out and about with a bit of network configuration and access to the Internet from another location*. Groups containing buttons can be added to the application, each of which can control one or more devices using the familiar A-P and 1-16 settings as on your existing Classic remotes. (for information on controlling the 2011 Bye Bye Standby range with an Online Controller visit the Bye Bye Standby support site).

* A static I.P. address and an iPhone/iPad Wi-Fi + 3G is recommended if you wish to control your devices when away from home, otherwise you may not be able to send commands to the controller. If you do not have the technical skills to configure your broadband router to forward ports then you are advised to use this application only when connected to your home network via Wi-Fi as no support can be provided on router configuration given that there are so many different makes & models.
